Listen2Me feedback privacy

You can send an idea, bug report, or other feedback from Listen2Me without an account or email address. This is a private support inbox, not a public discussion board.

What is sent

We receive your message and its type, optional reply email, app version, platform, and connection metadata. The form does not send recordings, transcripts, ASR endpoints, device IDs, or diagnostics. Please do not include passwords, secrets, or sensitive personal data.

Who can read it

Website administrators and authorized infrastructure operators can access stored feedback. Reports may be forwarded through PostOffice and our email provider to support@hangrylabs.app. Reply email and version/platform labels are unverified. We do not sell feedback or send it to advertising or external AI services. We do not send automatic replies.

Retention and deletion

Website reports are kept for up to 90 days, then removed on the next hourly cleanup or inbox/submission access. Administrators can delete them sooner. A keyed IP fingerprint is used in ten-minute rate-limit windows; expired counters are cleared at the next cleanup or request. The feedback record does not contain your IP. Access and proxy logs may still contain IP addresses. This is not anonymous submission.

Deleting a website report does not delete mail already queued, in transit, or received. Mailbox, PostOffice, infrastructure backups and provider copies have separate operator/provider lifecycles; no automatic email-copy deletion deadline or immediate backup erasure is promised. The website makes no separate feedback backup or recovery guarantee. Ask us about deleting related copies.
